Consider setting aside a weekend to spend time alone with God. The Abbey of the Genesee is just five miles northwest of Geneseo and is ideal for individual silent retreats.
The Bethlehem Retreat House offers private rooms for either men or women. On occasion we need to get away from the hurry and worry of life. We need to quiet ourselves in order to better hear God speaking to us. We need to take time to re-evaluate where we've been, where we are, and where we're going.
